House rule worth knowing in advance: hair past chest-length that's also thick should always book Luxury — an hour genuinely isn't enough to deep-cleanse and moisturize that much hair.
The herbal route: Chinese Herb
Ninety minutes, $135 cash, and the most distinctive finish on the menu: hydrotherapy completed with an herbal tea rinse, plus hair steam, a scalp deep clean, and massage that travels out to the arms and hands.
