Four studios, four clocks
Every studio runs seven days a week, but the hours differ. Mill Creek — the 2021 original — opens earliest at 9:30 AM; Everett closes latest at 10 PM. Women-owned and still family-run, each front desk answers its own phone, takes text bookings, and fits in walk-ins whenever a room and therapist are free.
Arrive ten minutes early, silence your phone, and tell your therapist how much pressure you like — the rest is our job. Cancellation, group booking, and kids policies live on the FAQ page.

The same menu at the same prices in all four studios. Our licensed therapists cover Swedish through deep tissue and trigger point work; the scalp side runs on Milbon, the facial side on Comfort Zone. Prices below are cash — cards run $10 higher.

The signature service
Four rituals, one standard
Warm-water hydrotherapy, Milbon scalp exfoliation, and slow head-neck-shoulder massage — the format most guests come back for every 3 to 4 weeks. Every session ends the same way: a basic blow-dry with a Dyson dryer and Moroccan hair oil, so you leave dry, not dripping.
Card prices run $10 higher. Hair past chest-length and thick? Book the 90-minute Luxury — the deep cleanse needs the time.

What is a head spa, exactly?
A Japanese-style scalp care session: warm-water hydrotherapy, Milbon shampoo and scalp exfoliant, and slow, deliberate massage across the head, neck, and shoulders. The Signature version takes 60 minutes and costs $78 in cash. It's aimed at scalp health and deep relaxation — much closer to a spa treatment than to anything at a hair salon.
Which head spa ritual should I pick for a first visit?
Start with the 60-minute Signature at $78 cash — unless your hair is longer than chest-length and very thick. Then book the 90-minute Luxury Head Spa instead, because deep-cleansing and moisturizing that much hair honestly needs the extra half hour. The Chinese Herb and Deep Clean Scalp Head Spa treatments also run 90 minutes at $135 cash.
Will my hair be wet when I leave?
No. Every head spa ends with a basic blow-dry — Dyson dryer, then a pass of Moroccan hair oil. What we don't do is styling: no curling, no ironing, no blowout shaping. You'll walk out dry, soft, and presentable, but plan your own styling time if you're headed somewhere formal straight after.
Can I ask for softer pressure or warmer water?
Please do — before the session and during it. Massage pressure and water or steam temperature are set to you, and adjusting mid-session is normal, not rude. If something genuinely doesn't feel right, we stop, and you aren't charged for a service you couldn't enjoy. Speaking up is part of how the work gets good.
I feel sore the day after a deep tissue massage. Is that normal?
Yes. Deep tissue works into deeper muscle layers, and mild soreness afterward is a normal response — a lot like how a hard workout feels the next morning. If the soreness feels sharp rather than dull, or if you'd rather avoid it altogether, mention it before your next session and we'll dial the pressure back.
Which Soul location is closest to me — and who's open latest?
Four studios: Mill Creek (the flagship, opening earliest at 9:30 AM), Everett at Silver Lake (open latest, until 10 PM every night), Kirkland for the Eastside, and Lynnwood a few blocks from Alderwood Mall. The menu and prices are the same at all four, so choose by drive time — or by clock, if you need a late evening or an early start.
Anything I should do before my appointment?
Arrive about 10 minutes early for check-in and preferences. Switch your phone to silent — the treatment rooms stay quiet on purpose, and one ringtone carries. Leave jewelry at home if you can; rings and necklaces get in the way of massage work and wet head spa stations. That's the whole prep list.
Is Soul Massage just for women?
Not at all. Men are welcome at every studio, and the menu includes a Gentleman's Facial — 60 minutes, $110 cash, designed around skin that gets shaved regularly. Kids are welcome too; a parent or guardian just needs to stay with any minor. Couples and friend pairs can share the private two-person room.
