The rules that matter once money has changed hands. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice; inside that window it is a 50% fee, and a no-call no-show is charged in full. On a party of ten that is a real number, so confirm your group before you confirm the booking. Arrive about ten minutes early, since a late start shortens the session rather than pushing the next guest's. Cash saves at least $10 on every service. And refunds come back as service credit rather than cash, which is one more argument for the certificate route — it never expires into a wasted appointment slot.
