Soul Massage Head Spa is a women-owned family business with four studios across Mill Creek, Everett, Kirkland, and Lynnwood, Washington — where a Signature scalp session is $78 cash and a massage hour starts at $75. The first suite opened in 2021, at 16300 Mill Creek Blvd, Suite 118. The idea was specific from the start: pair licensed massage therapists with the Japanese head spa format — Milbon scalp products, warm-water hydrotherapy, slow and thorough scalp work — and keep the pricing plain enough to read off the wall.
Growth followed the guests. Everett came next, on the Silver Lake side of town, and stays open until 10 PM for people whose day runs long. Kirkland carried the menu across Lake Washington to the Eastside. Lynnwood, the newest studio, sits a few blocks from Alderwood Mall and takes its bookings through Fresha. Five years on, one suite has grown into four studios — and the original Mill Creek studio still keeps the longest day of any of them: 9:30 AM to 9:30 PM, all seven days.
What didn't change matters more. Every studio runs the same menu at the same prices — a $78 Signature session in Kirkland costs $78 in Everett. Cash still takes $10 off every service, and $10 to $30 off a combo package. And the mission still reads the way it was written down before the first booking:

What a Soul studio is built around
Milbon head spa stations
Every location runs the Japanese Milbon scalp line — purifying shampoo, detoxifying exfoliant, conditioner treatments — at dedicated stations with warm-water hydrotherapy basins. The format is Japanese, so the product system is too.
Private rooms — including one built for two
Massage happens behind a closed door, not a curtain, and the room is never shared with another guest. Each studio also keeps a couples room with two tables in it, and a group of 5 to 10 can be seated at the same time for a shared visit.
Licensed therapists
Massage therapy is a licensed profession in Washington, and everyone doing massage work at Soul holds that license. Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point — trained hands, and pressure that gets adjusted to you, not the other way around.

Two numbers per service, cash and card: massage from $75, scalp care treatments from $78, facials from $110. No memberships and no surprise add-ons at checkout — the full menu with every price is public.
Our standards
We keep our own claims modest and point curious guests to the research instead: the National Institutes of Health's plain-language overview of massage therapy, and the American Massage Therapy Association's position statement on massage for health and wellness. What we promise is narrower and ours to keep: licensed hands, clean rooms, honest prices.
The house rules, in plain English
Tell us what you want. Pressure, water temperature, steam heat — all of it is set to you, and adjusting mid-session is expected, not rude. If something genuinely doesn't feel right, we stop the session and you don't pay for it.
Bring your people. A studio can seat a group of 5 to 10 guests at once for scalp care — birthdays, bridal parties, a mother-daughter afternoon. Text the front desk your headcount, the ritual, and a target time, and they'll block the stations together. Head spa is priced per person, so a party of eight is 8 × $78, or $624 cash; there's no group rate to negotiate.
Kids are welcome, accompanied. A parent or guardian stays with any minor for the full visit. Scalp care is usually the family pick — warm water and gentle kneading rather than deep pressure work.
