Two prices, one rule

Pay cash and every head spa, massage, couples, and facial session costs $10 less; combo packages run their own gaps, from $10 up to $30. The bold number in each block below is the cash price; the grey one is the card price.

One menu, four studios

Every service below is priced identically at all four studios. The single exception with a home base is car-accident PIP massage, which runs out of Everett.

Licensed hands, open daily

Massage sessions are delivered by licensed therapists, seven days a week — Mill Creek opens at 9:30 AM, Everett stays open until 10 PM. Book online, call, text, or walk in.

How paying works

$10

Off every service when you pay cash — the lower number on any price block above. Combo packages run their own gaps, from $10 up to $30.

Tips

Gratuity is not built into any price on this page. Tipping is customary and appreciated, never required — the front desk handles it at checkout.

HSA/FSA

Benefit cards run at the front desk of all four studios, and any therapeutic massage can come with an itemized superbill. Soul doesn't bill health plans — you pay here and send that superbill in yourself. Eligibility is your plan's decision, benefit-card use for massage usually needs a Letter of Medical Necessity your plan asks a doctor to write, and relaxation services like head spa and facials generally don't qualify. None of it gates the appointment: book a massage without a referral, like anyone else. How benefit cards work here, or read the insurance and superbill page.

Every massage on this menu is worked by licensed therapists. For the plain-language evidence on what massage can and cannot do, the NIH keeps an overview of massage therapy worth ten minutes of reading.

FAQ

Menu & pricing questions

Why does every service show two prices?
The lower number is the cash price — $10 off every service paid in cash, except the combo packages, where the gap runs $10 to $30. The higher number is the card price for Visa, Mastercard, or Discover, debit or credit. Example: a 60-minute full-body massage is $75 cash or $85 card.
What's actually inside each head spa ritual?
All four share a spine: Milbon scalp exfoliant, shampoo cleanse, hydrotherapy, blow-dry. From there they branch. Signature (60 min) adds head, neck, and shoulder massage. Luxury (90) opens with a 30-minute upper-body massage plus aromatherapy. Chinese Herb (90) runs herbal-tea hydrotherapy and hair steam. Deep Clean Scalp (90) goes hardest at buildup, with a scalp deep-clean and customized hair treatment.
Can I add hot stones or cupping to my massage?
Yes — hot stone is +$15 and cupping is +$30 on any massage. Both also appear as pre-built menu lines: a 60-minute massage with hot stone is $90 cash, with cupping $105 cash. Stacking works too; 90 minutes with CBD and cupping runs $160 cash, and the 120-minute version tops out at $200.
Are the combo packages actually a better deal?
Run the math on Combo 1: 180 minutes — a 60-minute massage, Signature Head Spa, and Moisturizing Facial — for $263 cash, the same total as booking all three separately, plus a free steam eye mask and one continuous visit instead of three appointments. The shorter combos bundle 30-minute segments like foot massage and classic facial that aren't sold on their own, so Combo 4 at $138 cash is the only way to fit a head spa and a facial inside 90 minutes.
What are the facial options?
Three, all built on Comfort Zone professional skincare. The Signature Facial is the full 90 minutes at $160 cash: exfoliation, steam, deep-pore cleansing, customized mask. The Moisturizing Facial and the Gentleman's Facial each run 60 minutes at $110 cash — one aimed at hydration, the other at skin that meets a razor most mornings.
What is a four hands massage?
Two therapists working on you at once, strokes in sync. Your brain can't track two sets of hands, so it stops anticipating the next move and simply lets go — which is the entire point. Call the studio to book rather than using the online flow; it needs two therapists free in the same hour, which is a harder slot to grab as a walk-in.
What is PIP massage, and do I qualify after a car accident?
PIP — Personal Injury Protection — massage is clinical work for accident-related soft-tissue injuries such as whiplash, billed through the PIP coverage on your auto policy instead of out of pocket. Our Everett studio handles it; call (425) 948-5868 with your claim information before booking, since a claim number can't be attached to an online reservation. Health plans work the other way round. Soul doesn't bill them at all — we issue an itemized superbill for qualifying therapeutic massage and you file it, with the eligibility call sitting entirely with your plan.
Can I pay with an HSA or FSA card, and can I get a superbill?
Both, at any studio. HSA and FSA cards run at the front desk like any other card, and we can print an itemized superbill for a therapeutic massage session — you submit it, since Soul doesn't bill plans directly. Two things to know before you count on the money coming back: benefit-card spending on massage usually requires a Letter of Medical Necessity from a doctor, and relaxation services — head spa, facials, combo packages — generally don't qualify as eligible expenses. Both are your administrator's rules, so that's the number to ring. Reserving the appointment needs nothing from anyone.
